Robert Tant

Born on Staten Island, New York, Robert Tant attended Parsons School of Design in New York City in 1979, studying environmental design.  The next big step was relocating from New York to Los Angeles in the summer of 1982.  then continuing on in environmental design  while attending the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Currently Robert resides in Flagstaff, Arizona. 

His many credits include inventor, interior and exterior architectural lighting designer, architectural designer,  interior designer, illustrator, industrial designer, draftsman, graphic artist, painter, sculptor and a craftsman builder of stone and wood.

An artist from an early age, later influence by architecture, as many others by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright's. Educated in design, Robert has many varied artistic and design creations behind him. He is also a  nationally and internationally awarded architectural lighting designer. See lighting web site  - Lightyears
